How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to all the features of the plan for 30 days. No credit card is necessary. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will expire. But we're confident you'll love it.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you'd like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment, please write to billing@ziplr.io.

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. Ziplr is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, we will refund you the subscription fee on prorated basis. For example, if you subscribed to $12 (per month) on June 1 and you cancelled your account on June 15, then we will refund $12 * (15 /30).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. We do not have any plan lock-ins. You can upgrade/downgrade your plan whenever you want. You would be charged based on prorated basis. For example, if you subscribed to $12 (per month) plan on June 1 and you upgraded to $24 (per month) plan on June 15, we will charge additional $6 for the month of June [(($12 * (15 /30)) + ($24 * (15 /30))) - $12].
